A Unique Stay Experience
We redefine the traditional motel experience for mid-term guests with stays 1 week to 6 months.
SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY ensures a comfortable and quiet environment. Our services cater exclusively to individuals with permanent out-of-town residence visiting for work or study assignments.
CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN with smart locks, as there is no front desk or staffed office.
We CHARGE ON A WEEKLY BASIS, so you don't need to pay for your entire stay in advance. At booking, we ask for a refundable deposit and a cleaning fee. Guests can then conveniently set up ACH Bank Transfers for the weekly rate, or choose to pay with a credit card for an extra fee.
A FLEXIBLE BOOKING POLICY means we won't book your room until you're ready to leave. If you to depart early, just give us a week's notice to receive your refundable deposit.
AMENITIES designed to meet your needs including complimentary Wifi and smart TV's with streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Individually controlled AC/heat for comfort year-round.
NO MAID SERVICE, so guests are expected to maintain cleanliness in their rooms and launder their own bedding and towels as needed. 24/7 coin-operated laundry facilities on-site, and all linens and towels are included.

Each space is diligently maintained and immaculately cleaned between stays to ensure a fresh, welcoming environment. We offer non-smoking rooms to foster a fresh, healthy atmosphere, and kindly request that no pets accompany, allowing for an allergy-free experience for all guests.

Each room is designed for single occupancy, creating a serene atmosphere for every guest. This arrangement guarantees that, regardless of whether you work day or night shifts, you can experience a peaceful night's sleep. Your comfort and tranquility are our top priorities.

Affordable
Guests will enjoy the convenience of weekly auto pay via ACH. The weekly rate will be charged on the day of arrival and will continue to be billed each consecutive week until departure. This ensures a hassle-free experience during your stay. A credit card may also be used with a 3% convenience fee.
